Half, always half
Half, always half
An indignant angry man
Wells of lonely bitterness
An endless expanse of sand
Such is life, ending
Yet permanent in its malady
Such is despair, pretending
While experiencing a tragedy
We smile, yellow corpses in our skin
Toothless, yet we attempt to force a grin
We pray, on hands and bended knee
Yet we drown in the mire of our sin
We choose not to leave it
To escape the very hands of our demise
We so wish for blessings
Yet it's the rules we so despise
We return as a sow to its vomit
Spewed forth from the bowels of the earth
The sickened detritus of a useless society
Gone, dying from the wretched day of our birth
